Adam D. Borecky, M.D. Adolescent & Adult Psychiatrist, Board-certified, TMS Specialist
Dr. Borecky was born and raised in Escondido, California. At Loma Linda University he obtained both his Doctorate in Medicine (MD) and a Master of Arts in Clinical Bioethics. He trained in Psychiatry at Loma Linda University Health, serving as Chief Resident. Dr. Borecky has a special interest in treatment-resistant depression and other mood disorders, and is trained in TMS therapy. He is accepting new patients 13 and older for treatment both in-person and telehealth. He has published in top medical journals including the American Journal of Bioethics, Acta Paediatrica, and Academic Psychiatry, with research interest in the interface between ethics, law & psychiatry, suicidology, and improving medical education. He contributed to the Psychiatry & Psychotherapy Podcast with Dr. David Puder, a leading Psychiatry education resource. In his free time, he loves nothing more visiting Disneyland with his wife, strength training, and cooking with close friends.
